Injector Removal Kit FORD 2.0 TDCI with 12t Hydraulic Cylinder

For removing seized common-rail injectors from the cylinder head using a 12 t hollow plunger cylinder. The 2-variant extraction system specifically tuned for this engine includes two removal options:

Variant 1:

The extraction tool "injector non-destructive" is attached to the injector. However, with this variant, only limited pulling force can be applied to the injector. If the pulling force is insufficient to remove the injector from the cylinder head, variant 2 must be used afterwards.

Variant 2:

The fuel injector is manipulated and destroyed to enable a high-strength extraction connection on the injector. This allows seized fuel injectors to be removed under the full pulling force of the 12 t hydraulic cylinder. Should the injector tear off at the lower threaded connection during extraction, additional parts from this tool kit can also be used to remove the remaining fuel injector.
