Vibration Damper / Belt Pulley Puller Mod.T4 VW

For removing the vibration damper, e.g. when replacing a defective vibration damper. Features specially shaped puller arms designed to engage the ribbed belt profile of the vibration damper. Wedge shims beneath the puller arm mounting bolts reinforce the clamping force on the vibration damper. The puller is supported via the support plate on 4 bolts screwed into the timing gear. This prevents unintended removal of the timing gear from the crankshaft. Thus, no timing adjustment is required.
