Injector Removal Tool FORD 2.0 TDCi (non-destructive)

For removing seized common-rail injectors from the cylinder head using injector claw, support bridge & 12t hollow plunger cylinder. The removal system specifically tuned for this engine includes an injector claw that enables extraction of extremely seized fuel injectors under the full pulling force of the 12t hydraulic cylinder. For this purpose, the fuel injector must be manipulated and destroyed beforehand in order to apply the high-strength pulling connection to the injector. Should the injector break off at the lower screw connection during the extraction process, additional parts from this tool set can also be used to pull out the remaining fuel injector.
