Injector Seat Cutter 180° Mod. VAG Ø13.6 mm / Ø17.0 mm

Injector seat cutter Ø13.5 mm / Ø17.0 mm for cleaning the sealing seat for the following VAG diesel engines:

• V6 (EA896 / EA897 since 2010 - )
• V8 (EA898 2016 - 2020)

In case of heavy contamination or damage to the sealing seat, it is precisely and controllably reworked with the cutting tool, so that a flawless sealing surface is restored. The cutter is operated by a base unit that is guided through the cylinder head with a centering cone and ensures process-safe machining of the injector sealing seat by means of a depth stop (base unit, depth stop & centering cone not included in the scope of delivery).
