Description

  • efficient installation of new glow plugs

The special threaded taps are required for re-cutting and cleaning the glow plug mounting thread in the cylinder head. With the help of the integrated guide pin, the special tap is guided below the mounting thread in the cylinder head, thus the thread in the cylinder head is re-cut or cleaned in exact angular position. The special taps should be lubricated with grease before use. The glow plug socket brush set is used to clean the glow plug socket before a new glow plug is installed. This work step prevents jamming and possible breakage of the new glow plug during installation.
