Injector Removal Kit for FORD 2.0 TDCi (without 12t cylinder)

For removing seized common-rail injectors from the cylinder head using a 12 t hollow plunger cylinder. The 2-variant extraction system specially tuned for this engine includes two removal options:

Variant 1:

Here the extraction device "injector non-destructive" is attached to the injector. However, with this variant only limited pulling force can be applied to the injector. Should the pulling force not be sufficient to extract the injector from the cylinder head, variant 2 must then be used.

Variant 2:

Here the fuel injector is manipulated and destroyed in order to create a high-force extraction connection on the injector. This allows the extraction of seized fuel injectors under the full pulling force of the 12 t hydraulic cylinder. Should the injector break off at the lower connection during the extraction process, additional parts from this tool kit can also be used to extract the remaining fuel injector.
