For proper adjustment of shock absorbers. Adjustment with the naked eye is not possible here. If the shock absorber is mounted by force, it will cause consequential damage and rattling noises. Type: Audi A4 and Quattro, A6 and Quattro, A8 and Quattro, VW Passat B 5 - Front axle Audi A4 - Rear axle Note! For adjustment, the shock absorber should be fastened to a workbench using a suitable holding device, e.g. shock absorber clamping stand Art.-No. 6215000 or spring compressor mounting bracket Art.-No. 6159650.
