* The Drill Head:
* Our "VF-4" offers optimally symmetrical head geometry with 4 solid carbide cutting edges. This allows the "VF-4" to run extremely vibration-free and does not catch when striking reinforcement. The one-piece solid carbide plate is embedded in the steel body over a maximum contact surface. Thus the head and flute form a unit, especially when it comes to compensating for impact and torsional forces. Furthermore, the special head geometry creates perfectly circular drill holes and remains dowel-compatible with maximum service life (ideal for direct installation).
* The Flute:
* The true 4-flute helical geometry distributes the loads evenly across all flutes. This achieves vibration-free drilling behavior. The four large-volume chip removal flutes quickly remove drill dust from the drill hole. High-quality special steel makes it extremely resistant to bending and breakage. The special surface treatment further increases resistance.
