Description
This HSSE threaded tap M6x1.0 is specifically designed for blind holes. The extra long design with 150 mm length enables machining of deeper threads. Form C with a 35° helix angle provides excellent chip evacuation and prevents clogging in the bore hole.
Manufactured from high-quality HSSE steel, this threaded tap offers high wear resistance and long service life. The precisely manufactured thread flanks ensure clean and accurate threads. Ideal for use in workshops and industrial production.
The threaded tap is suitable for unalloyed and alloyed steels up to a tensile strength of 800 N/mm². Please observe the recommended cutting speeds and coolants for optimal results.
