Description
In newer VAG engines, oil pans made of plastic are installed with a corresponding plastic oil drain plug. This screw has a special internal drive that cannot be optimally loosened with a screwdriver. With the special oil service socket, the plastic screw can be loosened with the help of a 1/4" ratchet and then replaced. The plastic screw can also be used on the camshaft cover of diesel engines.
