* The Drill Head:
* Our "VF-4" offers optimally symmetrical head geometry with 4 solid carbide cutting edges. This allows the "VF-4" to run extremely vibration-free and does not jam when striking reinforcement. The one-piece solid carbide plate is embedded in the steel body over maximum contact surface area. This way, head and flute form a unified structure, especially when compensating for impacts and torsional forces. Furthermore, the special head geometry creates perfectly round drill holes and remains dowel-compatible with maximum tool life (ideal for direct mounting).
* The Flute:
* The genuine 4-flute spiral geometry distributes loads evenly across all flutes. This achieves vibration-free drilling performance. The four large-volume chip evacuation flutes quickly remove drill dust from the borehole. High-quality special steel makes it extremely resistant to bending and breakage. The special surface treatment additionally increases resistance.
