Description
V-Coil thread inserts M16x1.50 - 1.5D enable fast and reliable repair of damaged threads. They are also used to reinforce threads in materials with low shear strength.
The inserts are made of high-quality stainless steel and offer high wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The precisely manufactured threads ensure optimal fit accuracy.
Application is simple: the damaged thread is drilled out, a new thread is cut, the V-Coil insert is screwed in and the drive pin is broken off. This creates a reliable internal thread with the original dimensions.
