During the removal of extremely seized glow plugs, the drive hex often breaks off. The center contact still attached to the glow plug body prevents the drive hex from being removed. This tool allows for the removal of the center contact in a few steps, installation of a screw-on or impact centering, and guiding into the glow plug thread or drilling out freehand.
Description
When disassembling extremely seized glow plugs, the drive hexagon frequently breaks off. However, the center contact of the glow plug, which remains firmly connected to the glow plug body, prevents the drive hexagon from being removed. With this tool, the center contact is removed in a few steps, a screw-on or impact centering is attached and guided into the glow plug thread or drilled out freehand.

Working steps:
- Remove center electrode
- Drill out glow plug thread
- Remove glow plug
- Re-cut fastening thread in cylinder head
